Executive Coaching

Leading is lonely and often with limited feedback and counsel.  We support you one on one, providing individual counsel and high level coaching on an ongoing basis, both in person and by phone, scheduled and on-call as needed, holding you accountable for setting and accomplishing extraordinary goals.  Together we will assess your competencies to build on strengths, explore your impact, and create developmental plans.  We also act as a rigorous thought partner for your vision and execution.

Custom Training

Enhance employee productivity and engagement through lively and interactive training with lasting results in leadership, coaching and mentoring, and needs-based selling. We offer custom training and delivery of programs in leadership and coaching as a performance tool, and sales and marketing, all designed to maximize your employees time. We base our training around real-world situations from your business as case studies, as well as carefully structured practice in developing “cellular memory” for new skills. We can develop programs independently or through consultation with your in-house training team.

Team Development

Transform a group of individuals into a high performing team through aligning goals, clarifying roles, and using conflict and differences productively. Teams often suffer from individual competence without collective effectiveness. We work with both leadership and cross-functional project teams to increase their effectiveness through real time work interventions, building on existing competencies and developing new team behaviors.  We evaluate the current team behavior based on the sequence of stages of team development, and teach the team members simple but highly effective behavioral tools to increase their productivity.

Executive in Residence

Add high level thinking, creativity, and operational effectiveness to your senior team without increasing staff.  When your organization has a pared down leadership team and you want to selectively increase the innovation, analysis, and leadership skill set without adding the full time cost of another senior executive, we can provide fractional senior leadership.  On a part-time retainer basis, we become a trusted inside executive, adding strategic thinking, market analysis, coaching, and meeting facilitation, supporting your success.  Through this weekly or monthly high level support, you gain the continuity and depth of another senior executive.

Change Management

We will support your change initiative (e.g. merger, new product launch, software installation, restructure) to help you develop followership, provide strategic planning support, impact analysis, communication assessment, management of resistance, implementation and evaluations strategy, using a combination of consultation, facilitation, training, and coaching as appropriate.

Speaking and Presentations

Energize and inform your participants.  With significant speaking experience, we offer engaging and informative interactive presentations that vary from breakfast or lunch hours to half day sessions.  Previous topics have included leader presence and influence, difficult conversations, leading change, developing teams,  successful conflict, coaching as a performance tool, selling with head and heart, and managing resistance.
