We offer custom designed lively and interactive training in all levels of leadership and coaching/mentoring as a management tool.  Programs can range from a few hours to more in-depth training over months.  We base our training around your real-world situations, as well as carefully structured practice in new skills to assure that you'll achieve lasting results.

Retreat Facilitation

Retreats can be an effective way to step out of the day to day to broaden thinking and look strategically at big issues with wide time frames, and also as intentional team building.  We have designed and facilitated retreats for healthcare systems, family owned businesses, and many non-profits - with focus on anything from long-term strategic plans to on-boarding new employees.  We help you accomplish your goals by by designing a strong but flexible agenda that builds the right atmosphere for work to get done, and facilitating the dynamics of strong, diverse, and opinionated people.
